This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards due to a potentially overloaded forklift.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   (a) On or before 11/30/2023, the employer did not ensure that the electrical panels in the insulation building next to the vehicle maintenance bay had at least 30 inches of clearance as well as easy access. These conditions exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.
