29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed.  Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.  On or about December 1, 2023, the employer did not keep exit routes free and obstructed. This exposed employees to fire hazards in the following instances:  a) Blocked exit door in the warehouse. b) Blocked exit door in the storage room next to the break room.
