29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures. The program was not updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use. The employer did not include in the program the following provisions of this section, as applicable: a) On or about December 01, 2023, and at times prior the employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program with required work-site specific procedures and elements for required respirator use when requiring employees to wear tight-fitting respirators and N95 while hand scraping concrete forms exposing employees to silica dust.
