29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  a)	New Construction site 916 Van Ave. Daphne AL:  On or about December 4, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to up to a 13-foot fall hazard by not ensuring scaffold was fully planked while employee was working from the scaffold to remove wooden box forms.
