29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge.   a) Jobsite - On or about November 30, 2023,  various exit doors throughout the facility had obstructions such as pins or screws in place to prevent unauthorized access from the outside of the building, exposing employees a fire hazard.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and word, pictures and/or symbols which provide the general information regarding the hazards of the chemical:  (a) Office - On or about November 30, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the propane tank was not labeled, exposing employees to hazardous chemicals.
