29 CFR  1926.502(d)(20):The employer did not provide for prompt rescue of employees in the event of a fall or did not assure that employees were able to rescue themselves:  a) 112 Medlar Field, University Park - Jobsite, - Employees are exposed to fall hazards while working in a basket elevated up to 120 feet above grade.  Employer did not implement a fall rescue plan, on and about December 6, 2023.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
