Location: 2 Railroad Ave, Merrimack, NH  On or about December 6, 2023, employees were exposed to struck by and crush by hazards when a JCB 510-56 telescopic handler was not operated in accordance with ANSI B56.1-1969, section 602, subparagraph E, when it was left unattended with its load engaging means in the air, loaded with a pallet of lumber.
