29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior, CCG Roofing and Project Management, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of RRZ, LLC, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees conducted roofing operations on a single-family residential home.
