29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  On or before December 6, 2023  in the storage room, employees were exposed to disorderly and unsanitary walking-working surfaces from improperly stored ladders, appliances, ice machine, boxes are  obstructed in passageways and excessive trash.
