29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a)	Construction Site, 4332 Shivaree Ct., Timnath CO, 80547: On or about December 4, 2023, as the controlling employer, JD's Framing LLC, did not ensure their subcontractor, Calva Molina Construction LLC, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to fall and struck by hazards while framing on the raised forks of the JCB 512-56 Loadall Telehandler Forklift approximately 10 feet above the ground.
