On or about November 22, 2023, and prior thereto, John Bourbon DBA John Bourbon Roofing did not ensure each employee roofing a residential building at 930 Stone Gate Drive in De Soto, Missouri, was protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer had not provided a training program for each employee who might have been exposed to fall hazards. The program had not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and had not trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about November 22, and prior thereto, John Bourbon DBA John Bourbon Roofing did not provide training for employees who were exposed to fall hazards from roofing a residential building at 930 Stone Gate Drive in De Soto, Missouri. Employees were not trained to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize fall hazards.
