On or about December 11, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, on the 2nd floor, conductors used to supply power to a 1900 electrical box entered conduit installed on the 1900 electrical box and were not protected from abrasion, thereby exposing the subcontractor employees to electrical hazards.
