29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F):  Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when not designed for such suspension:  a)  On or about December 11, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, on floors 2 through 14, temporary lights were suspended by their electrical cords, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings. Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed. Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed.  a.  On or about December 8, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, on the 13th floor, 3 unused openings in the 480V temporary power electrical panel were not effectively closed, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.  b.  On or about December 11, 2023,  at the above addressed jobsite, on the 4th floor, conductors used to supply power to temporary lighting entered conduit installed on a cabinet and were not protected from abrasion, thereby exposing the subcontractor employees to electrical hazards.  c.  On or about December 11, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, on the 2nd floor, conductors used to supply power to a 1900 electrical box entered conduit installed on the 1900 electrical box and were not protected from abrasion, thereby exposing the subcontractor employees to electrical hazards.
