29 CFR  1918.35: Employees were working around open weather deck hatches which were not protected by coamings to a height of 24 inches (0.61 m), or by taut lines or barricades at a height of 36 to 42 inches (0.91 m to 1.07 m) above the deck.  a) CGB Enterprise Barge :  On or about 12/12/2023 and at times prior, workers were working near open hatches with out fall protection, exposed to a fall of aprox 14 feet.
