Campbell Care Catalyst which was an eye and skin corrosive chemical, and no eyewash station and shower were present for suitable drenching or flushing of the eyes and body upon exposure to the corrosive.  b) For the chemical storage area adjacent to the spray booth/room, on or about 12/13/2023, the employer exposed employees to corrosive eye hazards, in that, employees used varnishes and coatings that were corrosive to the eyes, and no eyewash station was present for suitable flushing of the eyes upon exposure to the corrosives.
