29 CFR  1926.554(a)(6): All overhead hoists in use shall meet the applicable requirements for construction, design, installation, testing, inspection, maintenance, and operation, as prescribed by the manufacturer.   (a) Children's Hospital (Harbor Chiller Room)t: On or about 12/11/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that, a hoist was used to side pull a section of 16 inch, 360 pound metal pipe that was hanging from the ceiling approximately 16 feet from the concrete floor.
