The employees were conducting residential roofing operations and were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately ten (10) feet.

Employees were exposed to health and chemical hazards from utilizing gas to power air compressors for the use of pneumatic nail guns at a worksite located at 347 Rustic Oaks Drive in Wentzville, Missouri.
