29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) On lot 168, Enclave at Bakers Farm subdivision, Hoschton, GA,: On or about 12/14/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not used where tools and equipment such as but not limited to pneumatic nail guns were powered by compressed air set to 100 P.S.I.
