Bristol, PA - On or about December 15, 2023, the employer did not document the procedures used to isolate energy source(s) on the Joseph Machine prior to servicing, maintenance, or repair. c) Robern Inc. Bristol, PA - On or about December 15, 2023, the employer did not document the procedures used to isolate energy source(s) on the Sampson Saw prior to servicing, maintenance, or repair. d) Robern Inc. Bristol, PA - On or about December 15, 2023, the employer did not document the procedures used to isolate energy source(s) on the PMI Upcut Saw prior to servicing, maintenance, or repair.
