29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a)Syverson Tile & Stone at 4105 South Western Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57105: On or about and at times prior to December 19, 2023, the employer did not ensure adequate guarding was in place in the operating area of the Park Industries Yukon II Gantry Saw (Serial Number: 3-03-1040) in that employees were exposed to potential struck-by hazards when working near the gantry and the rotating diamond blade.  This condition exposed employees to rotating parts and struck-by hazards.
