29 CFR  1926.452(k)(1):Platforms shall not exceed a height of 20 feet (6.1 m).  On or about December 19, 2023, employees worked from a Ladder Jack scaffold at a height of 24 feet, exposing employees to a possible scaffold collapse.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system:  On or about December 19, 2023, employees were not protected from a fall while working from a Ladder Jack scaffold, exposing employees to a fall of 24 feet.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
