29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Worksite - Zbeem, 31 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- The entry/exit door into the front parking lot of the warehouse was being obstructed by stacked boxes of products; on or about December 20, 2023.   b) Worksite - Zbeem, 31 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- Aisleways in the warehouse were obstructed by stacks of boxes, pallets, and shelving units containing products.   c) Worksite - Zbeem, 29 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- The entry/exit door in the front and back of the warehouse was obstructed by stacked boxes of products and a shelving unit being stored in the means of egress; on or about December 20, 2023.  d) Worksite - Zbeem, 29 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- Aisleways in the warehouse were obstructed by boxes, pallets, and shelving units containing products.   Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) Worksite - Zbeem, 31 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- Access to the electrical panel was obstructed with boxes of materials in the warehouse; on or about December 20, 2023.   Note:  Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
