29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A):The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by a standard guardrail system.  On or about December 20, 2023, four employees would retrieve and store materials into containers in a mezzanine storage area with no means of protection from falling from the sides of the storage area; exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about December 20, 2023, eight employees were using two Enforcer Ferro forklift battery chargers without an eye wash station available; exposing the employees to chemical corrosive hazards to their eyes and body.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  On or about December 20, 2023, four employees were using an Enforcer Ferro battery charger without strain relief on the power cable to charge a forklift battery; exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
