29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting:  On or about 12/21/2023, at 1800 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Riviera Beach, Florida, the employer did not train employees in fire extinguisher use when they were required to fight incipient stage fires, which potentially exposed employees to the risk of being trapped in the event of a fire.
