29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a. 121 Columbia Turnpike Florham Park, NJ  Employees were observed engaged in construction activities on the second floor in close proximity to an unprotected site edge without any means of fall protection. Thereby exposing employees to an approximate 20 ft fall hazard.  Violation Occurred on or About 12/26/2023
