29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  a.  On or about December 26, 2023 and days prior, the employer did not ensure that the working space area in front of the electrical panel near bay 1 of the warehouse was kept clear at all times.  The established administrative workstation interfered with readiness access to the electric equipment by designated personnel in the event of an emergency.
