A wall-mounted emergency eyewash station was provided in the warehouse where electric forklifts are charged and maintained and employee(s) are exposed to corrosive battery acid during replenishment of water and/or electrolyte to battery cells; however the single 946 mL squeeze bottle eyewash had an expiration date of September 2019.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 12/27/2023.  **Note:  A emergency eyewash should have sufficient volume capacity for delivering at least 0.4 gallons (1.5L) of clean water per minute continuously for at least 15 minutes, as recommended in American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard Z358.1.
