29 CFR  1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:  On or about December 28, 2023, during the maintenance (inspection/testing/sampling) of a remediation well located at 1507 Waynesburg DR SE, Canton Ohio 44706, the employer did not ensure that employees working on site were protected from struck by hazards from motor vehicle traffic by utilizing high visibility/reflective clothing while performing work activities that led to an employee being struck by a motor vehicle.
