29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Work site was located at 524 Cedar Swamp Road, Jackson, NJ 08527  Workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twelve feet to ground while doing stucco facia work on a new liquor store from a Genie S-65 telescoping boom lift with no fall protection on.  Violation was observed on or about January 2, 2024.
