Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.  (a) 14050 Lincoln Street, Thornton, CO: On or about January 2, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to boxes that were not secured or positioned on racking systems at heights exceeding 8 feet.
