OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees n that employee were exposed to exposed to injuries from inadequately training for the Turfco wide spin 1550 truck mount broadcast top dresser.  ESTABLISHMENT/GOLF COURSE/LOCATION:  The Milbrook Club, 61 Woodside Drive, Greenwich, CT 06830.  On/or about December 15, 2023, and times prior to, the employer did not properly trained the employee in the operation of the Turfco wide spin 1550 while cleaning the spinners from the back of the machine resulting in finger amputation.
