29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  At 17034 Starboard Place, Yacht Harbor, Pensacola, Florida:  On January 4, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 40 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1910.178(l)(4)(iii): An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance was not being conducted at least once every three years:   a)  At 17034 Starboard Place, Yacht Harbor, Pensacola, Florida:  On January 4, 2024; the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a powered industrial truck without the employer ensuring that the operators had received the required evaluation at least once every three years as specified in the regulation.
