29 CFR  1910.215(a)(4):Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:  a) Thompson Precision, Inc., Manufacturing Warehouse: On or about January 3, 2024, and at times priors, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while operating the Grizzly Heavy Duty Tool Grinder to grind tools with a work rest setting greater than 1/4" inch distance from the grinding wheel.
