29 CFR  1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by elevation of 8 feet (2.44 m) or more above the floor or other working surface and so installed as to exclude unqualified persons:  (a) On or about January 5, 2024, the employer did not ensure live wires connected by electrical wire nuts and located on third floor east end of Building A, near the elevator and stairway were elevated eight (8) feet or more above the floor. This exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  (a) On or about January 5, 2024, the employer did ensure that the east stairways in Building A had at least one handrail installed presenting a fall hazard to employees.  (b) On or about January 5, 2024, The employer did ensure that the west stairways in Building A had at least one handrail installed presenting a fall hazard to employees.
