29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f) Labels and other forms of warning, (g) Safety data sheets, and (h) Employee information and training, will be met: On or about January 2, 2024, in the shop of Walsh Steel and Iron Works, Inc. on 88 Camelot Dr #49, Plymouth, MA 02360, employees were exposed to paints, welding fumes, cleaners, and metal coatings in the workplace where a written hazard communication was not developed or implemented.
