29 CFR  1910.244(a)(2)(iii):Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack:  a)300 West Commodore Blvd. Jackson, NJ: An employee was exposed to crush hazards by not utilizing safety stands.  A Tiffin Phaeton recreational vehicle was lifted to perform maintenance work and was not secured by safety jack stands. Observed 01/06/24  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
