29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:  (a) Warespace located at 3500 Scotts Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19115 - On or about January 9, 2024, the employer did not ensure a junction box was provided with a cover approved for the purpose. Employees working around the dock area in the facility were exposed to electrical and fire hazards when working in the vicinity of the circuit breaker junction box without an approved cover.
