29 CFR  1910.141(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment were kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed.  On or about January 8, 2024, The state of housekeeping in the mechanic shop is completely unacceptable and poses a serious risk to the safety of employees beyond the scope of their work. The floor is littered with electrical outlets/extensions, lines, trash, flammable materials, tools, old parts, boxes, pallets, aerosol cans on the floor, and several types of tripping hazards. Immediate action is required to rectify the situation and ensure the safety of all workers.
