29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn, and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.   a.  East side of this commercial building: On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while trimming the trees from an Aerial Lift JLG (Model: T-500J) in that the employee was not properly tied off to the aerial lift.
