On or about January 11, 2024, at the pallet workshop of the warehouse employees were exposed to an electrical hazard where an electrical power strip improperly mounted next to a work table.  2. On or about January 11, 2024, next to the fridge in the warehouse employees were exposed to an electrical hazard where an electrical extension cord was used on a permanent basis.
