29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  a. On or about January  16, 2024, between unit 76 and 77, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10-feet 5-inches on a 6/12 roof hipp pitch, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced while the employees  conducted framing work activities.   b. On or about January  16, 2024, between unit 78 and 79, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10-feet 5-inches on a 6/12 roof hipp pitch, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced while the employees  conducted framing work activities.

On or about January  16, 2024, the  employer did not have fall protection training certificates for employees conducting framing activities at Hamlin Ridge Townhomes.
