Employers shall ensure that each employee has access to labels on containers of EtO and to safety data sheets, and is trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (j)(3) of this section: a) On or about January 17, 2024, and at times prior, Jorgensen Laboratories, LLC., employees were exposed to Ethylene Oxide while performing loading and unloading tasks for the sterilization of medical equipment. The employer did not include Ethylene Oxide in the company's Hazard Communication Program (HAZCOM).
