29 CFR  1910.213(i)(1): Non-working portion(s) of the blade of bandsaw(s) were not enclosed or guarded:   a) At 110 Matthews Drive, Americus, GA 31709 in the frame shop: On or about January 18, 2024, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the non-working portion of the SCMI Bandsaw #3 blade was not guarded by the telescopic metal guard attached to the bandsaw for employees who performed furniture woodworking.
