On or about January 18, 2024, in shop 1, employees were exposed to a caught-between hazard when a shear did not have guards for the point of operation.  b.  On or about January 18, 2024, in shop 1, employees were exposed to a caught-between hazard when the point of operation for a hydraulic punch was not properly guarded.    c.  On or about January 18, 2024, in shop 2, employees were exposed to a caught-between hazard when the point of operation guard for a shear was broken.  e.  On or about January 18, 2024, in shop 2,  employees were exposed to a caught-between hazard when the point of operation for a hydraulic punch was not properly guarded.
