29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1):  The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale (dBA), or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  In the main shop area at 85 Bethanny Rd Monson, MA 01057: On or about February 1, 2024, three machine operators were exposed to noise levels of 86.7, 93.9 and 96.7 dBA over an 8-hour time-weighted averages (TWA), and the employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program.  Sampling was conducted for 600 minutes and the action level (AL) adjustment for 10-hour shifts for a 50% dose is 83.4 dBA.
