Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not implemented to reduce carbon monoxide levels in the workplace. Feasible methods administrative or engineering controls of control included but were not limited to: 1. Increased ventilation in the work space. 2. Installing meters & alarms to detect elevated levels of carbon monoxide 3. Switching to an alternative fuel to power the forklifts. 4. Ensuring routine maintenance of the forklifts that included exhaust air quality testing
