29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the roof at a residence, located at 177 Mangrove Shade Circle, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572: on or about 1/22/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees while using air powered nail guns during framing work.
