29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof: a) Northeast Building Products LLC located at 4280 Aramingo Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about January 23, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees were removed from the machine or equipment area when lockout or tagout devices were temporarily removed from the energy isolating device and the equipment was energized to test or position the machine, equipment or component. An employee bypassed a light curtain to test a machine while in the affected area, exposing the employee to caught-in between hazards.
