29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  On January 23, 2024, and times prior thereto, south side of the plate storage area of the main production shop, the employer did not ensure an exit door was equipped with an "EXIT" sign above the door so employees could identify the exit route/discharge in case of an emergency, exposing employees to entrapment hazards.
