29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): A continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (n) was not instituted when employees noise exposures equaled or exceeded an 8 hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) sound level of 85 dBA:  Trim Department:  On or about January 24, 2024, the employer did not implement an effective hearing protection program that included annual audiogram  testing. The workers were exposed to 8 hour Time Weighted Average (TWA of 89.7 dBA).
