29 CFR  1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part:   On or about 01/17/2024, on the 3rd floor balcony of a residential structure located at 700 Briny Avenue, Pompano Beach, Florida, employees of a subcontractor were exposed to a fall hazard of 23 feet when gaining access to a balcony.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or about 01/30/2024, on the 2nd floor balcony of a residential structure located at 700 Briny Avenue, Pompano Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 11 feet-4 inches when standing on a balcony without having an effective means of fall protection in place.
